What could be more magical than seeing Santa Claus and real reindeer?
Santa’s Arrival
Santa is coming to the park with six of his favourite reindeer on 12, 13, 19 and 20 December. 🦌✨Come and meet them between 12 noon and 3:30 pm.
Ancient Forest Twi-LIGHTS
This magical trail of lights and effects covers over a kilometre of woodland trails, including an ascent into the trees on the Tree Top Trail and some special exhibits designed to mesmerise visitors of all ages.
The Ancient Forest Adventure will transform into the Ancient Forest Twi-LIGHTS so visitors can enjoy a different forest experience between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm (last entry 18:30).
Letter to Santa
Families can also send a letter to Santa through the magical postbox! ✉️🎅
We’ll provide a letter template, envelopes featuring our special North Pole Express stamp, and colouring materials.
Once the children have finished their Christmas wish lists and pictures, why not capture the moment with a photo as they post their letters?

Dog Owners
When Santa arrives, he’ll make his way through the park accompanied by real reindeer.
To help keep the reindeer calm, please keep dogs well away from both the reindeer procession and their pen.
Dog owners are welcome to leave and re-enter the park throughout the day, so you can take turns staying with your dog while others visit the reindeer.
