How do our vouchers work?

First of all, you need to decide which type of eGift Voucher you’d like to purchase for your chosen recipient/s. There are three options: an Annual Pass eGift Voucher, a Day Ticket eGift Voucher or a nominal amount.

Annual Pass eGift Vouchers

As the name suggests, these vouchers can be redeemed against Annual Passes for the park. The Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months from the date that the eGift Voucher is used. The holders can then visit the park an unlimited number of times for free during this period. Annual Passes are our best value ticket by far!

Day Ticket eGift Vouchers

These vouchers can be redeemed against a Day Ticket to the park! If you’d like to go for this option you will need to book one voucher for each person you are buying the gift.

For example, if you are looking to buy vouchers for two adults and two children, you will need to purcahse four vouchers. Two Adult Day Ticket eVouchers and two Child Day Ticket eVouchers.

eGift Voucher Terms & Conditions:

• eGift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. No extensions can be offered for expired vouchers.
• All eGift Vouchers are only valid against a particular ticket type. For example, an Adult Day Ticket eGift Voucher can only ever be redeemed against an Adult Day Ticket. It’s therefore important that you select the correct voucher.
• If you are purchasing vouchers for multiple people, then you will have the opportunity to select a different recipient name for each one. You will also be able to write a different message to each person.

• The eGift Voucher/s you purchase will be sent to the email address you provide us with. You can therefore send them directly to your chosen recipient or, if you’d prefer, you can get them sent to yourself to pass on at a later time.
• Annual Passes will be valid for 12 months from the date the eGift Voucher is used to purchase the Annual Pass. For example, if an Annual Pass voucher is bought in December, but not used until April, the Annual Pass will still be valid for 12 months from April.
• Please note that only one eGift Voucher can be redeemed per transaction (by the recipient).

Printing Your Voucher

Unfortunately, because our eGift Vouchers are designed to be digital, they don’t look great when printed out. If you would prefer to hand over something physical to your recipient, then we’d recommend you download one of our pre-made templates via the button below.
