Important Annual Pass Information
Please note that Annual Pass holders are required to book a date when they wish to visit. This visit is free to pass holders and can be booked through the online booking system. Visitors can visit the park as many times as they like within the validity of their pass.
However, pass holders must let us know if they can no longer attend a booking no less than two days prior to the planned visit. This will allow us to release tickets for other visitors. You can let us know via this quick online form. We’ll send you a reminder email before any upcoming bookings.
Any visits that pass holders don’t attend (without letting us know) will be considered as a ‘no show’. Unfortunately, as there were a great many ‘no shows’ last year, we will now be contacting pass holders if they log three ‘no shows’ to remind them of this condition. Further ‘no shows’ beyond this point may result in the Park withdrawing the pass with no refund.
The Annual Pass entitles its holder free admission to the Attraction for one full year from the date of purchase.
General Terms & Conditions

- Please check the Attraction’s opening dates, days and times before your visit. The Attraction may have scheduled closure days during the operating season, and Annual Passes do not guarantee access on every day of the season.
- Opening dates, times and scheduled closure days are published on our website and may be subject to change. We also recommend checking weather conditions before travelling, as the Park may close in icy, snowy or other adverse weather conditions for Health & Safety reasons.
