Comfortable room accommodation with the option to purchase breakfast in the Boathouse Restaurant. Situated in the woods by Loch Insh and available for any length of stay. We have a grading from Visit Scotland for 3* hostel accommodation. We have a total of 21 cosy en-suite rooms, all with televisions and tea and coffee-making facilities. Single, twin, double and family (with bunk beds and double/twin beds) rooms are available.

There is an on-site restaurant, adventure playground and shop. We offer a variety of activities and courses throughout the year, including skiing, kayaking, team building, mountain biking and other activities such as archery, paddleboarding and river trips.  We also offer holiday breaks for schools, corporate events and even weddings! Guests staying two nights or more receive a 20% discount on all activity prices.
