Family discount is available for one or more adults with children.
This is approximately 5% less than the individual rate.
Children are aged between 4 and 14 years inclusive.

In winter the park may close due to bad weather. Please call 01479 841613 to check before setting out. These attractions are closed all winter - end of October to end of March - Watercoaster, Sawmill (open to view only), RopeworX, Skydive, Pinnacle, Clydesdale horse (on winter Vacation), Pinewood Grill, Mini cars, Radio controlled trucks.

DISABLED VISITORS
All areas except the Tower, the Watercoaster and Ant City are accessible to wheelchairs. A toilet for the disabled is located in the main building, and also close to the snackbar in the park (summer only).
SAFETY
In the interests of safety there are some restrictions on use of equipment.
RopeworX and Skydive 1.5 m minimum height.

Watercoaster -
DOGS (well behaved)
are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your dog - bags can be obtained at the entry point.
TESCO VOUCHERS
Tesco Days Out Vouchers can be used for all or part payment of daily tickets (no change given). They can not be used to purchase multi visit tickets or upgrades.
