Family discount is available for one or more adults with children.
This is approximately 5% less than the individual rate.
Children are aged between 4 and 14 years inclusive.
Adults are 15 years and over.

In winter the park may close due to bad weather. Please call 01479 841613 to check before setting out. These attractions are closed all winter – end of October to 28th of March – Watercoaster, Sawmill (open to view only), RopeworX, Skydive, Pinnacle, Clydesdale horse (on winter Vacation), Pinewood Grill, Mini cars, Radio controlled trucks. We are fully open from 29th March to 3rd November.
TESCO VOUCHERS
Tesco Days Out Tokens may be used as full or part payment of full price individual day tickets . Tokens can not be used in conjunction with any discounted family rates, weekly tickets, season memberships, group bookings or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Tokens cannot be used in food outlets or gift shops.

DISABLED VISITORS
All areas except the Tower, the Watercoaster and Ant City are accessible to wheelchairs. A toilet for the disabled is located in the main building, and also close to the snackbar in the park (summer only).
SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
In the interests of safety there are some restrictions on use of equipment.
RopeworX: 1.5m minimum height, max. weight 17 stones.
Skydive: 1.4m minimum height, max. weight 17 stones.
Pinnacle: 1.1m minimum height, max. weight 17 stones.
Tarzan Trail: 1.1m minimum height.
Rollercoaster: 1.1m minimum height, children under 1.4 must be accompanied by an adult.
Ant City big slide: 5 yrs and over only
Watercoaster: No more than two people per boat if over 1.5m tall, toddlers must be accompanied by an adult
DOGS (well behaved)
are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your dog – bags can be obtained at the entry point.
